The unloading module is equipped with two-part forks that pick up cut parts from the laser cutting table and place them onto shelves. The full loading and unloading cycle takes no more than 75 seconds. The Loader 3015 design ensures unobstructed access to the laser cutting table and, if necessary, allows manual loading of sheet metal directly onto the table—either by hand or with a forklift. Optional: The forks can be equipped with moving belt systems to prevent scratching of stainless steel or galvanized sheets during unloading.
