The ultra-fast D-Cubes controller, which manages the new innovative laser source, has built-in artificial intelligence algorithms and, without the operator’s involvement, is able to correct cutting parameters as needed and activate the automatic nozzle replacement system.

Maisart® uses sound and light sensors to continuously monitor and optimize the cutting process. Thanks to AI integration, GX-F machines require minimal operator involvement, while delivering reduced waste, material savings, and more sustainable, eco-friendly production.

AI Diagnostics
The AI Assistant automatically adjusts machine parameters, detects errors, and optimizes the cutting process. When an issue is detected, the AI system instantly applies corrections to maintain optimal cut quality.
Additionally, the system dynamically adjusts cutting speed based on conditions – increasing speed when stable to enable faster and more efficient production.
AI-Powered Nozzle Monitoring
The AI system uses cameras and sensors to monitor the condition of the nozzle in real time. This allows for rapid detection of micro-damage or wear.
If no issues are found, the AI technology automatically fine-tunes processing parameters such as cutting speed, laser power, and assist gas settings.
Automatic Nozzle Replacement
When nozzle damage is detected, the AI system automatically replaces it with a spare, allowing the machine to continue cutting without interruption.

With MEL’s AR, using leftover material is fast and easy: Simply select your design, drag it into place on the screen, and press start. The whole process takes just a few seconds.
This high-precision system saves both time and material, minimizing waste and cutting errors. MEL’s AR makes cutting faster, simpler, and more efficient.
Virtual Top View
The system uses cameras to generate a virtual top-down view of the working area. This allows you to see exactly how parts will be arranged on the material before cutting begins – especially useful when trying to maximize use of remnants from previous jobs.
Simple Part Nesting
You can easily move, rotate, and position parts on the remnant sheet to ensure everything fits perfectly. Once satisfied, simply press start – the machine will accurately cut all elements with precision.
