Guarantee of reliability
POLTEKNIK has qualified service engineers who are continuously trained by our suppliers and partners. The training covers all aspects related to the offered machines, i.e. electrical, pneumatic, software, hydraulics and technology specific for the machine. This is particularly important for thermal cutting (laser and plasma cutters). It is worth mentioning that for MITSUBISHI laser cutting machines, we are one of two independent service centers in Europe. Our service team consists of young, well-educated people whose goal is to constantly expand the scope of their knowledge. A separate type of training is carried out when introducing new machines and equipment.
We serve the whole country, but we also provide maintenance services for Mitsubishi laser cutting machines throughout Eastern Europe.
In order to improve communication between our service and Customers, we have launched a special telephone line, where only service requests are accepted and are treated as a priority. Therefore, this year we have reorganized the work of the entire service, introducing completely new and modern tools, both in terms of managing and disposing of our service engineers and planning their work. We have introduced a division of service into Service Department and Spare Parts and Logistics Department.
We use a service module modified for our needs and an electronic database of customers and machines within the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics, which together with the GPS system allows us to plan, record and report the working time of our service in a dynamic and rational way.
Provides remote diagnostics using tools such as Team Viewer software or other dedicated by our suppliers, which significantly reduces costs and shortens service response time.
