Machines for the production of wire circuits with automatic welding function are known for their quality and performance. It is possible to realize wire circles with a diameter of 1 – 12 mm. Range of realized diameter of 15 -2200 mm. A special positioning system supports the production of large diameters.

All machines of this series allow the joining of workpieces by welding techniques. OMAS has long offered the installation of a welding module in its machines to enable a comprehensive production of circular parts.
The first model of this type was presented as early as 1988 at the WIRE in Düsseldorf and was a great success. Further rigorous research into the further development of this product has made it possible to offer ever more technologically advanced models. To date, more than 250 machines with welding modules have been delivered.
The machines of this series are interested companies from the automotive, construction, household appliances and agriculture sectors.
Due to individual requirements, modules can be used that offer a variety of welding technologies such as TIG, Plasma, Micro Plasma and recently also laser welding.
