Deburring machine GP600-ZZ
The GP 600 ZZ deburring machine is the smallest of MADORA’s range of machines, a multi-purpose machine for sheet metal cleaning after various cutting processes and thanks to the use of two “Z” type machining units, it is characterized by very high versatility and machining efficiency. The deburring machine can perform two operations at the same time, thanks to which it is possible not only to reflect scale after plasma cutting. It also allows deburring or rounding of the edges of the workpiece after laser cutting in one pass of the workpiece. The range of machining thickness and width up to 600mm allows for machining small and medium parts. With the right tools, the machine is also suitable for strong edge rounding and removal of oxides. The GP 600 ZZ is a machine with easy manual control – the positioning of the aggregates is done manually, thanks to which we can fully and continuously control the machining parameters of the machine such as the height of the workpieces, the feed speed and the rotation speed of the tools. Thanks to independent control of each unit, the operator decides which machining processes should be performed by the machine in one pass.

Technologie
GP 600 ZZ jest wyposażona w dwa agregaty oscylacyjno-obrotowe typu „ Z”. Każdy z agregatów jest osadzony na czterech ręcznie regulowanych kolumnach pozwalająca na obróbkę w zakresie od 0,5mm do 50mm. Agregaty typu „Z” mogą być również wyposażone w falownik dzięki któremu możemy płynnie dostosowywać prędkość obrotową narzędzia do zamierzonego efektu obróbki. Każdy z agregatów może być sterowany niezależnie, oznacza to że operator decyduje jakie procesy obróbcze zastosować do obrabianego detalu.
