Based on the XL-Center technology, RAS has introduced an innovative solution for bending roof profiles with a working length of 3200 mm for the machining of 1.5 mm standard steel. With two dynamic bending beams, the XL-Center guarantees automatic bending with UP/DOWN technology, reducing production time to a minimum without turning the material.

Standard configuration:

  • CNC adjustment of the backgauge in the range of 6.5-750 mm
  • Clearance at the front of the upper and lower beam up to 300°
  • 5 axes CNC-controlled and servomotor driven
  • Measuring system with feed grippers
  • Programmable gripper positions allow bending of conical shapes
  • interchangeable tools
  • Safety system with light barrier
  • friendly and user-friendly CNC control system with touch screen
