Specially designed and built, the machine goes beyond the usual concepts associated with a production system and is based on an innovative modular concept that utilizes the utility functions of a CNC with the typical performance of a multi-slide system.
Each movement is generated by a servo-electronic axis and managed by our new “bending + programming®” program.
The above allows each individual machine to be made exactly to the customer’s technical specifications, without compromise or expensive modifications to standard models, while ensuring very high quality.
Previously, changing the product on this type of machine required 6-:-8 hours of tool and feeder setup.
BULL BENDING machines are equipped with a programmable electronic feeder (instead of mechanical) and programmable servo-motor presses (instead of mechanical).
The result is a reduction in the machine setup for a new product to 20% of the time required in an electromechanical machine!
