Automating the production of workpieces using the method of integrating multiple functions into one machine is another area in which OMAS occupies a leading position. The extremely high performance allows the production of up to several hundred workpieces per minute, more complex belt components requiring many operations can be produced with the performance that meets the customer’s needs.
This series of machines has been manufactured since the company was founded in 1976, so the machines produced today are the result of technical thinking and many years of experience.
The scope of the offer is complex and varied, both in terms of the offered machine models, cross-sections and feed lengths, which makes it possible to satisfy the demand of a very demanding customer.
From 1976 to 2015, OMAS s.r.l. produced and installed more than 1180 machines of this series, which produced more than 6100 different products.
