Robotization of press brake operation
A modern industrial robot equipped with a gripper dedicated to a wide range of manufactured details will find particular use as a replacement for service in repetitive orders, or where the specificity of bending requires repeated, tedious turning and the mass of the detail significantly hinders this process.
The input material can be taken from the conveyor belt or from the loading area set earlier in the program. Then the material is referenced on the positioning table, thanks to which it is always fed into the press brake in exactly the same, repeatable way. The solution is delivered with a set of protections required by all standards and designed in accordance with the best engineering practice.
