This is a new generation of the FLEXI series sheet metal forming machines known on the market. Machine has an easy-to-use and easy-to-use Bendex CNC controller with STEP, DXF or GEO file import function.
The software features automatic 1-click programming of the workpiece, automatic suggestions for different bending strategies or a 3D simulation of the bending sequence.
The machine construction is welded and screwed to ensure greater rigidity and stable operation. Bending beam works at high speed, which makes the machine the fastest on the market. The option to install sectioned tools allows the execution of so-called “boxes”, i.e. bending from four sides.
Automatic clamping system allows a quick change of tools in the upper and bending beam. Integrated compensation system for the very rigid and strong bending beam enables high-precision bends.

| The RAS 73.30-2 model offers a maximum working length of 3200 mm, while the RAS 73.40-2 model allows bending of elements up to 4060 mm long. |
| The maximum material thickness is 3.0 mm for the 73.30-2 model and 2.5 mm for the 73.40-2 model. |
| Both machines share the same maximum upper beam stroke of 300 mm, allowing the processing of taller parts. |
| The positioning system is available in two variants. In the rectangular system version, the positioning range is 10–1550 mm for both models. With the J-type system, this range increases to 10–3050 mm for the 73.30-2 model and 10–4050 mm for the 73.40-2 model. |
| With the rectangular system, the 73.30-2 model occupies 4360 x 2360 mm, while the 73.40-2 model measures 5220 x 2400 mm. |
| In the J-system version, the dimensions increase to 4360 x 3850 mm and 5220 x 5900 mm, respectively. |
