The MOTORUM 2048 TS turret punching press with a working area of 1250 x 5000 mm is an advanced machine driven by servo motors and equipped with 44 stations arranged in three lines, of which four are indexed, including one for the VARITOOL 12 multi-tool (12 moulds with max. dimension, within a 12.7 mm diameter. Insgesamt the machine offers max. 55 different tools, of which three are indexed . Brush ball table or brush table. In terms of feed speed and punching speed, it is comparable to the fastest punching presses on the market. The press offers the possibility to work with tools such as Wilson Wheel, RollerBall, MURATEC deburring tool, 4 and 8 spindle screw heads. We also offer collaboration with an automatic charging system.
