With variable geometry, the AHV series combines performance with flexibility in production. The three roles move independently of each other. Thanks to the vertical movement of the upper roller and the independent horizontal positioning of the side rollers, the machine is able to realize a very wide range of products.
 
Due to the asymmetric positioning of the rolls, we achieve precise rolling with minimised straight material ends, so-called “bars”, at maximum material thicknesses, which significantly influences the versatility of AHV in production.
