All CEB models can be equipped with additional workstations or a robot. Multiple operations like cutting, crimping, and welding can run in one cycle.

Twenty models in seven series cover wire diameters from 0.5 to 18 mm. Thread cutting ranges from 3.00×0.30 mm to 100.00×8.00 mm.

The highly advanced control system allows the operator to observe the complete bending simulation step by step. Any added bending or thrust is immediately visible. It is possible to make adjustments at each step (bending/angling or feeding). This solution shortens the time of programming and corrections.

The control is based on an industrial PC running on the Windows ® Professional platform with an installed modem that allows online bottom brackets (when connected to the Internet), 80GB HD, DVD 16x, FD 3.5” and USB 2.0. The drive of the AC servo motors ensures a very high precision and speed

OMAS CEB has a compact head system that is ideal for minimizing the distance between the bent parts and achieving a very high production efficiency. The unique solution to avoid distortions caused by repeated bending of long wire sections is standard for all Seri CEB machines.
